Repeat Clients

I pray that it will never be lost on me the depth of the honor it is to be invited into the birthing room. To be welcomed into a space where a woman will be both vulnerable and brilliantly powerful at the same time. To be entrusted with even a part of that is both a privilege and a responsibility that I do not take likely.

In the last couple years I have been able to experience a new kind of honor- being welcomed back into that amazing space by repeat clients. There is something extra special about repeat clients. Working with families who already hold a place in your heart and to go into that next birth with an even deeper level of trust, familiarity, and comfort with one another is a true joy.

This morning Malory and I were able to attend such a birth. My heart is full.
